• CNC Burning – Accu-Kut precision 5’x10’ plasma table complete with Hypertherm high-performance plasma upgrades.
• Sawing – One Ellis saw with mitre capability and one Do All upright Band Saw
• CNC Machining – One vertical Lagun Republic milling center (FTV-1S) One Clausing Covel Magnetic surface grinder (model 4012) ,and One Hendey 600RPM precision Lathe.
• Forming –Three press brakes (100, 80, 50 tons)
• Iron Working – One Metal Muncher100 ton iron worker
• Shearing – Two 1/8’’ shears (4’ and 10’)
• Dedicated Engineering Staff

That is why Metal Masters of Florida has an engineering staff dedicated to turning your design, whether it’s a sketch on a napkin or a complete AutoCAD drawing, into a finished product. Our engineering team has over 40 years of design experience. We use AutoCAD for 2D drawings, and we keep your drawings and designs on our system in case they are needed in the future.
